  • December 31: Rockin' New Year's Eve party at historic Savannah Theatre, including Savannah Live! A champagne toast and dancing 'til midnight on stage with the theatre company's live band.
  • December 31: Ring in the New Year at Savannah City Market’s New Year’s Eve Celebration. It’s an outdoor street party (Free admission) and the public is invited! Live music is from 9 p.m.-1 a.m.
A Savannah holiday tip: Make plans well in advance. Georgia Visitors Centers are closed on three holidays during the fall and winter holidays -- Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

  • December 12: Dirty Dolls Burlesque Review at Club One. Yes, gasp! Savannah has a history of speakeasies and spunky burlesque clubs that has been revived.
